Initial Health Check

All our puppies undergo a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian before they leave our care. This includes:

• Comprehensive health check
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Deworming treatments
• Any potential health concerns addressed

We provide a Health Certificate from our veterinarian, detailing your puppy’s health status, vaccinations, and treatments received.

72-Hour General Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of sale. After receiving your puppy, you have 72 hours to take them to a licensed veterinarian for a health check.

If your veterinarian identifies a serious health issue that was present before purchase, you must notify us immediately. Upon receiving a written statement from your vet, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement puppy.

One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We provide a one-year health guarantee against any genetic or congenital conditions that significantly impact your puppy’s quality of life.

If diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic condition within the first year, we offer:

• A replacement puppy of equal value
• Reimbursement for medical expenses up to the original purchase price

The diagnosis must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, and we reserve the right to seek a second opinion from a vet of our choosing.

Conditions of the Health Guarantee

To maintain this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• Veterinary Examination: You must take your puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving them.
• Routine Veterinary Care: The puppy must receive regular check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive treatments.
• Proper Diet and Care: You must provide a nutritionally balanced diet suitable for small breed puppies.
• Spay/Neuter Policy: Early spaying/neutering before the recommended age may void this guarantee.
• Notification of Health Issues: If a health concern arises, you must notify us immediately and provide veterinary records.

Exclusions

This Health Guarantee does not cover:

• Common puppy health issues such as parasites, worms, fleas, or ticks.
• Conditions caused by injuries, accidents, or improper care after leaving our care.
• Diet-related issues such as obesity, malnutrition, or growth disorders due to improper feeding.
• Non-life-threatening or cosmetic conditions (e.g., hernias, undescended testicles, or minor umbilical issues).
