Refund and Return Policy of Bostie Babies

At Bostie Babies, we are committed to ensuring that our customers and puppies are happy and well-matched. While we strive to find the perfect home for each of our Boston TerrierĀ  puppies, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. Below is our detailed policy to provide transparency and clarity regarding returns and refunds.

Return Policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return Period: If you are not satisfied or unable to care for your puppy, you may return the puppy within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Condition of Return: The puppy must be returned in good health, with up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary records provided. The puppy must not have been altered (e.g., neutered/spayed).
  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for health issues, incompatibility, or inability to care for the puppy. We do not accept returns for reasons such as allergies or minor, easily treatable health issues.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bostiebabies.com within 7 days of receiving your puppy. Please provide details regarding the reason for the return.
  2. Return Arrangements: You will be responsible for making arrangements to return the puppy to our facility. We will work with you to ensure the return process is smooth and stress-free for the puppy.
  3. Costs: The buyer is responsible for all transportation and return-related costs. If needed, we can assist in coordinating return transportation at the buyer’s expense.

Refund Policy:

Health-Related Returns:

  • If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health issue that was present before the purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement puppy of equal value.
  • A written statement from your veterinarian must be provided, and we reserve the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of our choice.

Non-Health-Related Returns:

  • In cases where the return is not related to health issues, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. The amount of the refund will depend on the condition of the puppy upon return and the circumstances of the return.
  • Please note that any non-refundable deposit paid at the time of reservation will not be refunded in the case of non-health-related returns.

Refund Process:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving the puppy, we will conduct a health and condition inspection. The refund amount will be determined based on the results of this inspection.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the puppy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

  • Reservation Deposit: All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. These deposits are used to cover the care and reservation of your chosen puppy until they are ready to go to their new home.

Special Circumstances:

  • Puppy Exchange: If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your puppy for another one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your puppy. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • No Returns After 7 Days: We do not accept returns after 7 days from the date of receiving your puppy, except in cases covered by our Health Guarantee.

Our Commitment: At Bostie Babies, our top priority is the well-being of our puppies. We take great care to ensure that each puppy is placed in a loving and responsible home. If, for any reason, you are unable to provide the necessary care, we ask that you return the puppy to us rather than rehoming them independently. We want to make sure that all of our puppies receive the love, attention, and care they deserve.
